Approachable and extremely focused, Tom is passionate about the Property industry and delivering first class client service. He has over ten year’s industry experience, including residential property sales, residential lettings and property management, along with the sale of residential development land and commercial property. This combined with growing up in the Exeter Area, provides Tom with a wealth of knowledge and an unsurpassed determination to deliver.

Prior to his agency experience Tom completed retail management training programmes with both Marks and Spencer and John Lewis providing him with invaluable knowledge as to the importance of and the ability to, implement first class client service.

Along with extensive agency experience in the property industry Tom is a qualified plumber, he has also assisted with several house building and renovation projects himself. As a result he is well placed to advise with the resolution of maintenance and plumbing problems that often occur in managed properties.
